This Privacy Policy describes what information we access, how it is used, and our foundational security design: complete local device processing.

2. The Local Processing Principle (Zero Data Collection)

We believe your creative projects and audio files should remain entirely yours. Vizbel Studio is designed to operate completely offline.

  • No Cloud Storage: All audio waveforms, imported songs, custom images, fonts, and render templates are processed and stored exclusively in your device's local memory and directories.
  • No Tracking or Analytics: We do not track your utilization patterns, location, device identification details, or visualizer configuration preferences. We do not upload your projects or metrics to any cloud database.
  • No Account Required: You do not need to register an account, log in, or provide personal details (such as email or name) to use our application.

3. Device Permissions Explained

To perform music analysis and export high-definition media, Vizbel Studio requests specific system permissions on your device. These are utilized solely for core functionality:

  • Audio Recording / Microphone: Used to capture system audio playback or live audio feeds. This is required to extract frequency spectrum buffers in real-time for visual responsiveness. No audio is recorded or stored without your explicit export command.
  • Storage / Media Files: Used to browse and load music files and image layers from your device library, and to write the final exported video files (`.mp4`) into your local storage.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not integrate third-party ad networks or tracking profiles. If you download the application from public marketplaces (such as Google Play), those platforms may collect installation analytics according to their own privacy policies.

5. Compliance & Contact

Because we do not collect any personal data, data regulation protocols (such as GDPR in Europe or CCPA in California) regarding data deletion, access, or portability are inherently fulfilled: no data exists on our servers to access or delete.
