1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Vizbel Studio mobile application or static website elements, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use our software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Vizbel Studio application on compatible personal devices solely for your personal or commercial multimedia creation activities.

3. Ownership of Content & Exports

We believe in creative freedom.

  • Your Content: You retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights over any audio tracks, graphics, fonts, or other media files you import into Vizbel Studio.
  • Your Exports: The resulting video files (`.mp4`) rendered and exported via Vizbel Studio are entirely your property. You are free to distribute, monetize, publish, or share these videos on any platform (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, social media) without royalty payments to us.
  • App Materials: The Vizbel Studio logo, assets, user interface templates, and custom style configuration files remain our exclusive intellectual property.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Vizbel Studio for any illegal activities or to create and export visual materials that violate copyright laws, infringe upon third-party intellectual property, or display illegal content. Since Vizbel Studio operates locally, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights to the audio and image files you import.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Vizbel Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Video rendering and audio frequency analysis are resource-intensive operations that can put significant load on mobile hardware processors.

We do not warrant that the application will run uninterrupted on all devices, nor that the rendering will always be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vizbel Studio shall not be liable for any hardware damage, data loss, overheating, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software.

6. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on this static webpage. Continued use of the software after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
